Calor community action program, UK
As part of the Calor Community Action program, employees roll up their sleeves and take part in practical facilities improvement projects. This year six major improvement schemes were completed: painting buildings, gardening and ground clearance. In Croyton a disused netball court was transformed into the school’s main sports playground.
Pupils at Kineton High School benefit from class visits to Calor, to gain a greater understanding of business issues in a practical environment. Calor Marketing and ict case studies are being incorporated in the school’s teaching program.
